I’m Clare, and together with my small team we look after a handful of lovely homes in and around Salcombe. We’re genuinely local (I live five minutes from the harbour) and we treat every property as if it belonged to a friend or family member.

What we can do for you

• List on the major sites (Airbnb, Booking.com, Vrbo) plus our own website

• Handle all guest enquiries, bookings and questions – 7 days a week

• Organise reliable, high-standard cleaning and linen

• Send you one simple monthly statement and payment

From January 2026 we’ll also be taking direct bookings through our own site, which means more profit staying in your pocket.
