My path here started long before Salcombe. I spent years in luxury travel and corporate hospitality, including time working on board yachts, followed by 12 years recruiting for superyachts and private residences, placing captains, Michelin-starred chefs, and household staff for some of the most exacting clients in the industry. That is where I learned what genuine five-star service looks like, down to the smallest detail.
In 2016, I brought that experience home, starting with my own holiday let, then taking on a large four-bedroom luxury property from 2021. What began as one property grew into Quay Holiday Lettings.
