A large HD Smart TV offers entertainment, with free fast WiFi throughout.
The well-equipped kitchen has everything you need, whether rustling up a family feast, prepping for a BBQ, or simply enjoying a takeaway. The back door opens directly onto the garden.
Kennford offers flexible sleeping arrangements: a spacious master bedroom with king-size bed and en-suite WC, two cosy twin bedrooms, and a bunk room ideal for children. A family bathroom with bath and separate shower ensures everyone gets ready comfortably. Gas central heating, bed linen, and towels are all provided.
The beautifully maintained multi-tiered garden is a private sanctuary, bursting with seasonal colour roses and hydrangeas create vibrant displays, while bluebell season brings stunning natural beauty. Multiple seating areas invite al fresco dining and drinks, and a garden WC and sink add practical convenience.
The outdoor hot shower is a real highlight perfect for rinsing sandy toes and post-beach rinses after a day exploring. Water bowls keep your four-legged friends refreshed.

The ferry steps are just 10 minutes’ walk—hop over to East Portlemouth to explore hidden gems like Fisherman’s Cove, Smalls Cove, and Mill Bay. Whitestrand is a 9-minute walk, where you can catch the South Sands ferry or embark on a local estuary cruise.
