4. Decide whether you would like to proceed
There is no pressure. If we are a good fit, we agree the right package and prepare the property for marketing, bookings and guests.

Fees

Boutique Lettings Service: Typically 15% commission, applied after platform fees.

Onboarding: From £150, tailored to your property and requirements.

Additional Support: £30 per hour for ad-hoc services outside your agreed package.

Professional Photography: Arranged by Quay, charged directly by the photographer.

Bespoke Services: As every property and owner is different, tailored packages are possible where a different level of support is required.
