If you're looking to stay near Batson Creek, one of the biggest advantages is location.
You're close to some of Salcombe's most useful everyday places while still being able to explore the town on foot.
Island Street On Your Doorstep
This side of Salcombe puts you close to Island Street, home to Rockfish, Salcombe Gin, Devon Rum Co and Salcombe Tap House, as well as the boatyards and other independent businesses that give this part of town its character.
The Co-op and Shadycombe and Creeks car park are also nearby.
From here, continue into the centre of Salcombe for shops, restaurants, drinks and the waterfront.
Stay At Ginn Cottage
Ginn Cottage has two double bedrooms and works particularly well for couples or friends who want to get out and enjoy Salcombe without driving everywhere.
The cottage is arranged over three storeys and doesn't have dedicated parking, but Shadycombe car park is next door, making it much easier to plan where to leave the car. *Subject to seasonal restrictions.
For us, the real appeal is being able to walk out of the cottage and have so much of Salcombe close by.
Discover Ginn Cottage and stay within easy walking distance of Island Street and Salcombe town centre.
